Titianne is a seasoned economic development leader with over two decades of experience delivering transformative growth programs across Eastern and Southern Africa. She has a proven track record of driving change at the nexus of policy reform, private sector development, and investment facilitation — influencing systems growth and attraction of sustainable capital flows.
With a focus on agricultural investments, she had led programs spanning agriculture transformation, value chain diversification, regional and international trade, financial incentives, business incubation, innovation identification and scaling, and access to finance. Her leadership is defined by her ability to design strategies that catalyze inclusive growth while ensuring rigorous governance of large-scale funds.
Before transitioning to the development sector, Titianne built a successful career in business banking, with Africa Banking Corporation and Stanbic Bank. She serves on the Boards of Aceli Africa and One Acre Fund (UK) and on the Credit Committee of MCE Social Capital. Titianne holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
